In NYC, he gained significant experience managing high-profile projects, including a $1 billion university expansion, a $100 million arts center, Manhattan high-rise luxury buildings valued at over $250 million, and Brooklyn’s own sports arena valued at $5 billion. Eugene’s expertise spans structural superintendence, site safety management, and civil engineering, with a strong focus on safety, project efficiency, and compliance. Now operating in Fort Lauderdale, he continues to deliver top-quality renovations, house additions, and full home remodels, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high standards. His journey reflects a deep commitment to the industry and adaptability to new opportunities while staying rooted in his professional values.
